Iona Pelovska is a filmmaker of non-linear personal history, living in a geographical parallax. Interested in the aesthetic convergence of technology and corporeality, she has been travelling between Toronto and Montreal where she works on her film projects, a PhD dissertation and other oneiric enterprises. Inspired by silence, tENTATIVELY a cONVENIENCE, trees, annoyances, Paul Feyerabend, death, etc. (to name a few) the work of Iona Pelovska is yet another variable in the flow of things.
