Daykine Schitine
is currently a student of Visual Arts, graduated in Boulangerie & Saucier from Senac Sao Paulo.
He held the course memories built by Sesc Ipiranga & NGO via culture in the year of 2017.No course of Cultural Concepts, can learn various techniques, photography, restoration of works and techniques in visual arts. What caught his attention most were the monotypes, was his first contact with the technique.
After organizing an independent exhibition in May 2017 in occupations in Germany with works by illustrators and photographers in the punk scene of São Paulo. Daykine ”Darkline Taikina” returned to Brazil, with the interest of learning more and more artistic techniques and making visual arts, in this time with the few resources used the joinery that was his late grandpa to make such arts.
Passionate about Prints arts and monotypes, he uses various features. From more obvious tools like a chisel to even a gutter to make your arts and merges these abstractions to often the intervention of collages and x-ray bubble wraps.
Darkline Taikina is a constantly evolving artist, after the period of a year of production already with an extensive work them, prints and collages, Paintings these often with the application of collages and since 2019 in the video. He then holds his first collective exhibition at the museum of popular art in the city of Diadema in São Paulo, Brazil.
Henrique Berrocal
is a graduate student in Social Sciences from UNIFESP, sound engineer, and musician. His experience as a musician begins in 2016 as a drummer for the group Arca. Over time other projects have been emerging, among them we can mention: Anomia, Carcinoma and Ihmisen Helvetti, his band of more solid trajectory, has material released in Germany, Brazil and Finland. All your projects have something in common, collaborative creation and do it yourself. This is understood from the sound itself to the other materialities that are necessary in a band.
In 2019 he joined the SP School of Theater in the course of Sound design where he develops knowledge related to audio and theater. His entry in this medium takes place as a soundtrack operator of the show “Meninos tambem Amam†and later as the creator of the track for the literary intervention Poetics of Resistance, held at Sesc Ribeirão Preto. Henrique also develops a work of recording and post production of bands in the studio Pulo do Gato. And at the same time is developed his work of creating sound pieces from recording, synthesis, collages, and sound samples. The soundtrack and the video art ”Pensa ” is anguish and questioning transformed into sound and immersion, what is the importance of the individual before the vastness of the planet? Music is the expression, before its production, it would be difficult, or almost impossible to put into words such sensitive thoughts. The process took place quite spontaneously, as always, lonely in his home-studio Berrocal regurgitated this track, forming his thoughts. Even materialized, these thoughts remain abstract. The mental confusion, the loneliness that comes even surrounded by people. What makes one human being different from another? What is my place as an individual in this society? Always going back and forth, with greater or lesser intensity, thoughts have no end, whether that’s good or bad I don’t know, but that’s what makes us human.
His visual production portrays the relationship between the individual man and the young, his disturbances in living tomorrow rather than experiencing the today. The fierce machine of time in ages like these where we do not seek inner healings because the negative consequences of life overshadow our best, “thinks” is a genuine work ,, and in our production we see it as a quantum entanglement, the track was produced with an intention, even Though Darkline did not know the purpose of its creation performed the footage by its instinct in relation to music and as a result we have a video well related to the idea of ​​the track and what it transmits, performed spontaneously in relation to what the music transmitted.
