Jorge Luiz Antonio is a poet, writer, researcher, and academic from Brazil.
He is currently studying digital poetry toward his PhD in Communication and Semiotics at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica of São Paulo. He is the author of Almeida Júnior através dos tempos (Almeida Junior throughout time) (1983) and Cores, forma, luz, movimento: a poesia de Cesário Verde (Colours, form, light, movement: the poetry of Cesario Verde) (2002) plus many
articles in printed and electronic magazines such as Galáxia: Revista Transdisciplinar de Comunicação, Semiótica, Cultura and Karenina.it (from Italy).

Some of his researches are reflected in Brazilian Digital Art and Poetry on the Web and he has collaborated with Fatima Lasay from the Philippines on digital poetry (Imaginero and E-m[ag]inero), and with Regina Célia Pinto, from Brazil (Lago Mar Algo Barco Chuva).
