Focused on the intersection of urban environment, social-cultural complexity and technologies, David is a designer engaged in envisioning radical solutions in the intersection between urban environment, participatory culture and information & communication technologies. David is currently Designer & Researcher at the MIT Design Laboratory.
Paolo Gerbaudo is a cultural researcher and free-lance journalist. He recently completed a PhD at the Media & Communications department of Goldsmiths, University of London, about the relationship between space and communication in direct action movements. He also acts as UK correspondent of Italian daily “il manifestoâ€, for which it covers environmental issues, UK politics and European social movements.
