born in Santurce, Puerto Rico 1967, Master in Fine Arts in 1999, Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY. He also studied at the University of Puerto Rico, InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico, Cayey and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain.
