Andrés Torres
Andrés Torres studies music and visual arts. His work swings permanently between plastic symbolism, On his sound work like REVOC, a DVD self produced, question the behavior of the institutional arts and modern music through the recontextualization of emblematic compositions as John Cage’s, George Maciunas y Kurt Schwitters to daily situations, like concerts performed by traveling musicians in public transportation or spaces. Andrés Torres is also frontman in a rock band.
