A. Huyoff was born and raised in East Germany. She began to study Art at the age of 18 in Hamburg, changed to the Academy of Fine Arts in Düsseldorf and finished her studies in Berlin. She traveled through Russia several times during her education.
Andrea Huyoff reached her MfA from the University of fine Arts Berlin in 2005.
In 2007 she founded a nonprofit gallery space (www.tät.net) together seven young artists in Berlin. The purpose of the room is to give Artists a space for experimental working.
Andrea`s professional experiences includes old and new techniques, she combines deliberately.
