“At the core of my practise one can say that I work as a detective, interrogating and exploring the environments surrounding me, both immediate and at distance or virtual. As the ‘detective’ I source the personal and the historical past and present merging these alleys into an archive or a system.
I am interested in creating a marriage/dialogue between those unlike elements surrounding us on a day-to-day basis that are typically regarded as incompatible and/or dangerously combined. The fusion often results in self-governing audio-visual installations.
