graduated on Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava. In the eighties he focused on painting and sculpture. He was one of the founding members of the SyzyÌgia artist group formed on 18 January 1988 (left it 2013), a significant representative of transavantgarde movement in former Czechoslovakia. Since 2004 he has been engaged in video, photography and other media and involved in public art activities and private publishing of visual and txt projects. He lives in Bratislava, Slovakia.

I dug a grave outside our forest cottage, where I and my family took refuge for two months during our voluntary corona quarantine. Then, when I filled it in, I tried to bring the trench back to its original state – it was not possible – there was a hill. As always, my 4 year old son clung to me throughout the process.
