Yvette Teeuwen (Delft, 1975). Dutch artist/artperformer living in The Hague where i studied at Royal Academy of Fine Arts (Mixed Media; 1997-2001). I like the rawness of things. I work on the sharp edge where distance and proximity meet. In Corona-times this leaded into a performative collaboration with artist Gertjan vd Kooij (Piershil, 1979): we found a new form of connecting in this time of social distancing!
