Walter van Rijn (artist) works and lives in the U.K. Recent installations and sound art include the exhibition ‘Strange Strolls’ in Fremantle, Western Australia. In this exhibition the public chooses an audio walk from various artists. The public is directed outside and walk the streets hearing the sounds on a headphone. Walter is currently studying at the Winchester School of Art – MA Fine Art by Project, funded by the Arts & Humanities Research Council. He is researching the dialogue between tactile and digital technologies using installation and sound.
