Luc Fierens
Born 1961 Mechelen(Belgium)
poet, visual poet and mail-artist since 1984 seeks for connections between art and life through networked art with visual poetry. He also publishes his
“Postfluxpostbooklets” since 1987,artist-publications collaborations with artist’friends (poets/performance artists/mail-artists an fluxed artists).
One of his collective mail-artprojects : “Homage to fluxus” was accepted by the Sonia Henie Museum in Oslo (Norway) and his recent shows in 2002 were :
“Visual Poetry” – galerie c.de vos- Aalst (Belgium) and Cornucopiae in the “Garage” Space for Contemporary art in Mechelen (B)
In the future , he will participate more in e-zines in visual poetry, web art & networked art
