graduated as an accordionist from Conservatoire Nationale de Grenoble in 1992 (Mé-daille d’Or à l’unanimité).
He also studied South Indian Music at the Sweelick Conservatory of Amsterdam.
He has worked with many composers such as Luciano Berio, Franco Donatoni, Gyorgy Kurtag, Francoise Barriere, Maxim Seloujanov, Oliver Schneller, presenting premieres of works for the accordion which are often dedicated to him.
He’s been performing with Michel Godard, Pierre Favre, Francesco Dillon, Gabriele Mirabassi, Joel Rubin.
He works with Kathleen Delaney (dancer) in theatre-dance events: “RoadRunner” (2003) “Madame Soso-stris” (2003), Egos (2004), Euridice nella Terra” (2005), “Petrushka” (2005), “Wonderland” (2006), “Au-delà de la fin, hommage a J.Baudrillard” (2007).
Since its premiere, in 1996 and 1999 he has participated as a soloist in “Outis”, opera by Luciano Berio, at Teatro alla Scala in Milano.
In 2004 he’s invited as an Artist in Residence by Cornell University in Ithaca (New York).
He performed in Europe, USA, Mexico and China:
Syracuse University, New York / Beethoven Haus, Bonn / De IJsbreker, Amsterdam / Nuova Consonanza, Rome / Gaudeamus Foundation, Amsterdam / Rümlingen Festival 2001 / Angelica, Bologna / Synthese Fe-stival 2003 and 2007, Bourges / Deutsch Academie (Villa Massimo) im Rome / International Bayan Festival, Gnessin Academy Moscow. His CDs are published by Schott Wergo, W & B Music, Rivoalto, Bridge Re-cords, Stradivarius, StileLibero, Musica & Poesia, Ema Records. His performances were broadcasted by Radio3 RAI, ORF, DeutschlandRadio, Canal Clásico RNE2, Radio Vaticana, SFB, RSI, Radio Unam-Mexico, RadioFrance.
His compositions were performed in Italy, France, Russia, Switzerland, Finland, Poland.
