Andreas Sitorego
was born in 1972 in Sienna, Italy. He studied painting, engraving and sculpture at the workshops of D. Mitaras, T. Patraskides and G. Lappas at the Athens School of Fine Arts. During 1998-1999 he received a scholarship from the Lillian Voudouris Foundation to attend cinematography and video art under D. Kozaris at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Bergamo (Italy). In 1995 he attended a four-month course at the Winchester School of Fine Arts receiving an ERASMUS scholarship from the Greek Foundation of State Scholarships. In 2003 he completed his two-year post-graduate studies on digital forms of art, at the Athens School of Fine Arts. Since 2001 he has presented his work (video, installations, sculpture and painting) in many group exhibitions in Greece, Italy, Turkey and Japan. He lives and works in Athens.
