Paulo Henrique explores different concepts that result in multimedia performative projects, pieces that are completed by audio-visual ambiance controlled by time systems, spaces and new technologies. He was Gulbenkian Foundation/ Luso-American Foundation/ National Cultural Center of Portugal, artist grant residence in New York- 1997/2001 for Lee Strasberg Theater Institute; Trisha Brown Dance Company and Film&Video Arts.
He presented is work in several Festivals in Europe, America and recently in North Africa. Is work “Contract with the Skin” (web) was nominated in Excellent Artists category at Machida City Museum of Graphic Arts,Tokyo. His work is also part of the Digital Performance Archive – http://dpa.ntu.ac.uk/ . Recent project “One Song / One City” [In.visible body].
