Continental Fruit A.K.A Jon Øyvind Lærum. Continental Fruit started up in 1995 on borrowed equipment and a need to make electronic music with a nerve and a soul of its own. All sounds are made live ona Akai, a mid-80’s synthesizer, recorded sounds and simple effects. The improvisation is essential in Jon Laerum’s music making. Released on Humbug and Smalltown Supersound.
