Brief bio: Baga Defente is a Brazilian multiartist who works with video, words and visual arts, exploring chance as his main creative tool. His main interests are occultism, politics and other human thinhs, like art. Some of his works, especially videopoems, have been shown at festivals in more than 10 countries in recent years. Currently he focuses on independent publishing, having published about 15 books, mostly poetry, as author or editor.

Synopsis: “How will it be from now on? What will remain of it all? / For some questions, silence is the best answer.” Made during quarantine using only free footage from stock images sites, this videopoem reflects on the changes and consequences of the COVID19 pandemic on contemporary society.
