Recep Akar


He was born in Istanbul in 1979, graduated from Marmara University, Department of Cinema-TV. He has produced different works in the fields of short film, documentary, video, installation and photography. These works has been presented in various festivals and exhibitions in over thirty country and have won awards . As a form of artistic expression, all moving and still images attracts his attention. He aims to produce works that do not ignore visual concerns and “speaks†to the spectator.
