is artist based in Helsinki working mainly with sound, video, photographs and also drawing and making objects.
Her artwork deals with ways of experiencing the presently surrounding space and problematics of the location.
She has participated in ääniradio project, which is experimental radio making in Helsinki.
She is writer and member of the board of editors for the web magazine www.mustekala.info
She has received BFA from the Art Academy in Helsinki, MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute. She has been teaching psychoanalytic theory in terms of the image and experimental art making at the Nordic Art School from the year 2000. She also is guest lecturer at The Academy of Fine Art in Helsinki.
